Service Request
The following are Accurate
Acoustical, Inc.'s standard service rates. The rates, unless
otherwise noted
are based on work performed during normal business hours on a
standard work day during the hours of
7 am to 5pm.
- The customer will be charged
at the rate of $58.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one labor
hour. In addition:
- All service calls within a 25
mile radius of downtown Rochester are charged a $50.00 trip charge
for each service call-out. Travel rates for calls that are beyond
the 25 mile radius are $0.50 per mile.
After Hours Service:
The Accurate Acoustical, Inc. Service Department is available to provide
emergency
hours service at the following rates:
- Service performed from 5pm to
7am on a standard work day will be charged at 1.5 times the
standard service rates described above.
- Service performed on Sundays
and Holidays will be charged at 2 times the standard service rates
described above.
- After hours service
must be approved by the customer, in advance, by a person with the
authority
to authorize paying the above rates.
